Credit Card authority is required to secure a booking.
2 weeks notice of cancellation required for xmas/New Year holiday period, school holidays  all public holidays.and special events.
48 hours notice required at all other times. We will charge your c/card the amount of unit or units you booked if the above is not given.
We will also charge your card if there are any penalty costs for cleaning, phone charges or unpaid breakfasts.
